over 17 years of experience in business consulting, solution sales and strategy. He has successfully

Mohit Arora
Sr. Director - BFSI VMware India
Mohit Arora is Senior Director - BFSI at VMware India. Mohit is responsible for driving sales for
the Banking, Finance Services, and Insurance Sector for VMware. As a sales leader, Mohit helps
VMware’s BFSI customers to simplify and transform their business with industry-leading multi-
cloud and application architecture software.
Mohit has been a part of the IT industry for over two decades. Over the years, he has served
multiple roles as an IT Solutions Sales & Marketing professional with special focus on IT Advisory,
business applications and cloud computing solutions & services. Prior to joining VMware in Jan
2015, Mohit was a part of organizations such as Oracle, IBM, Diebold, CA & CMC in various roles
helping and advising customers to choose & consume IT consulting solutions and professional
services for their varied requirements.
He holds an MBA degree from University of Pune. He has also completed Executive Management
Programs from CEIBS, Shanghai, INSEAD Singapore & ISB Hyderabad
Jayant Mahale
Specialist,VMC, AWS
Jayant Mahale is an experienced professional, in a career spanning more than 22
years, with expertise in the fields of Direct sales, Business Development with P&L
Management and establishing partner ecosystems.
He is working with Amazon Internet Services Pvt. Ltd. (AWS), managing VMware
Cloud on AWS business. Prior to AWS, Jayant Mahale had a stint with VMware as Country
Channel Sales Manager – Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) for India OEM, Channel and
Alliance partners, where he successfully established partner ecosystem for
VMware’s Hyperconverged systems (HCI) and Cloud portfolio.
He has worked for little over 11 years in Hewlett Packard, where he played pivotal
roles in establishing Storage, Backup and HCI businesses for Enterprise and SMB
segments.
Jayant had been in the industry of System Integration, Telecom & IT Distribution
